FBI, from Emmy Award winner Dick Wolf and the team behind the “Law & Order” franchise, is a fast-paced drama about the inner workings of the New York office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. These first-class agents, including Special Agent Maggie Bell (Missy Peregrym, pictured), her partner, Special Agent Omar Adom ‘OA’ Zidan (Zeeko Zaki, pictured, center), and Assistant Special Agent in Charge Jubal Valentine (Jeremy Sisto, pictured, left), bring all their talents, intellect and technical expertise to tenaciously investigate cases of tremendous magnitude, including terrorism, organized crime and counterintelligence, in order to keep New York and the country safe. CBS freshman drama FBI underwent multiple showrunner changes last year: series creator Craig Turk exited after the pilot, with PERSON OF INTEREST’s Greg Plageman stepping in; Plageman left in October, with CHICAGO FIRE’s Derek Haas and CHICAGO P.D.’s Rick Eid taking over.
Both men have a long history with Dick Wolf-produced shows—Haas co-created the CHICAGO franchise, while Eid worked on the LAW & ORDER franchise, including a stint as SVU’s showrunner—but the move to co-run FBI was a surprise.
