As CHICAGO P.D. prepares to say goodbye to Jesse Lee Soffer‘s Jay Halstead, the writers and actors are “definitely keeping some of the specifics under wraps, so that hopefully the fans can kind of live in it, as it’s happening,” showrunner Gwen Sigan acknowledges to Give Me My Remote. (It was announced in August that Soffer—who was an original cast member on the drama—would exit during season 10.)
