NBC is going medical show-heavy with newly-picked up CHICAGO MED, the renewal of THE NIGHT SHIFT, and the order of HEARTBREAKER.

Unlike the other two medical dramas, HEARTBREAKER — starring Melissa George and Dave Annable — is based on a real-life heart-transplant surgeon.
