LEGENDS OF TOMORROW has added a few new faces to season 4.
Ramona Young will be a series regular, playing Alaska Yu. Per WB, Alaska is a “typical twentysomething easily swept up by romantic notions and fantasy novels, she’s something of an expert in the world of the magical creatures that the Legends encounter in season [4]. In the company of the Legends, she soon learns to get her head out of the clouds to become a kickass superhero.”

LEGENDS OF TOMORROW kicks off tonight on The CW, and many of the faces taking center stage are familiar to fans of ARROW and THE FLASH: Sara/White Canary (Caity Lotz); Ray/Atom (Brandon Routh); Stein (Victor Garber) and Jax (Franz Drameh), AKA Firestorm; Snart/Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller); Mick/Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell); Kendra/Hawkgirl (Ciara Renée); Carter/Hawkman (Falk Hentschel); and baddie Vandal Savage (Casper Crump).
But there is one new face in the series, and he’s who ties the mismatched group of heroes and villains together — Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill). Rip gathers the team together to take down Vandal, and the chase (throughout the world and time) is on.
On the show’s Vancouver set, Darvill sat down with reporters to talk about sticky situation Rip has found himself in…

Students returned to school over the past few weeks, but odds are good they didn’t get a welcome as cool as the one SUPERNATURAL stars Jensen Ackles (Dean) and Jared Padalecki (Sam) had for their new lot mates.
While a good number of shows currently film in Vancouver, SUPERNATURAL has been the only television show to regularly shoot at its studio for the past decade — but that changed with this current season.
To welcome the casts of CW’s LEGENDS OF TOMORROW and Fox’s LUCIFER to the studio, Ackles and Padalecki had a hilarious “Welcome Freshman Class” banner made, and posed this week with the new kids on the block.

The CW Orders LEGENDS OF TOMORROW, CORDON, and CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND to Series

The CW has officially picked up its ARROW/FLASH spinoff (now titled LEGENDS OF TOMORROW), Julie Plec’s CORDON (about a viral outbreak that requires a cordon around the infected area), and CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND, which was conceived as a 30-minute Showtime series before the cable channel passed on it.
The LEGENDS OF TOMORROW — which features key villains and heroes from the established DC TV universe — logline sounds particularly promising: “”When heroes alone are not enough … the world needs legends. Having seen the future, one he will desperately try to prevent from happening, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter is tasked with assembling a disparate group of both heroes and villains to confront an unstoppable threat — one in which not only is the planet at stake, but all of time itself. Can this ragtag team defeat an immortal threat unlike anything they have ever known?”
