NEW AMSTERDAM’s Max (Ryan Eggold) has big plans in place: Thanks to his new board seat (and the Resistance 2.0), he wants to save the hospital from Veronica (Michelle Forbes). But, naturally, the fight won’t exactly be smooth.
“It’s never as easy as you think it’s going to be to win that war,” executive producer Peter Horton teases. “It’s a journey, full of twists and turns. And she is a really formidable foe—it’s like the clash of the titans. They both go at each other for a number of episodes. So it’s a really fun ride. I love what [showrunner] David [Schulner] and his team came up with for this.”
