LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT is no stranger to impressive guest stars in its two decades on the air, but the lineup in the Thursday, May 2 episode is pretty bonkers: Snoop Dogg, Orlando Jones, Amber Stevens West, and L. Scott Caldwell. (Snoop and Jones play feuding musicians! Come on.)

SLEEPY HOLLOW: Season 3 Cast Photos

Comments Off on SLEEPY HOLLOW: Season 3 Cast Photos
The SLEEPY HOLLOW cast has undergone a bit of change over the past few months — John Noble’s Henry and Katia Winter’s Katrina were killed off in the final episodes of the show’s second season, while Orlando Jones (Irving) exited the series over the hiatus.
To fill the void, a few new faces have joined the Fox series: Nikki Reed (who is playing Betsy Ross), Shannyn Sossamon (who is playing Pandora), Lance Gross (who is playing Abbie’s boss, Daniel Reynolds), and season 2 guest star Zach Appelman, (who played Corbin’s son, Joe) are all now regulars on the drama.
Check out the official season 3 cast photos for SLEEPY HOLLOW…
SLEEPY HOLLOW season 3 premieres Thursday, October 1st at 9 PM on Fox.

SLEEPY HOLLOW: Heather Kadin Previews Season 3’s Big Bad, Mining Abbie/Ichabod’s Relationship, and More
May 21, 2015 by Marisa Roffman
Filed under #1 featured, Sleepy Hollow
While we’re still months out from SLEEPY HOLLOW returning to our television screens, the writers are currently hard at work crafting the upcoming third season. And though the second season went through a few rough spots, the writers are aiming to go back to what worked, versus trying to completely reinvent the show.
“I don’t think it should feel as much as changes, as a return to what we loved in season 1,” SLEEPY HOLLOW executive producer Heather Kadin shared. “Obviously there are changes in the sense Katrina’s not there, Henry’s not there, Irving’s not there. But we really want to bring back the fun in the relationship between Abbie and Crane.”
“I think the big focus is going to be, how do we get back to what people love?” she continued. “How do we give Abbie a real journey? How do we give Crane a real journey? How are those things both independent and complimentary of one another? And we also have to expand the world, so what are we saying about Sleepy Hollow as a place, as a mythology, but also telling closed-ended stories?”
Though there were indications earlier this year SLEEPY HOLLOW might end up more episodic, Kadin indicated there shouldn’t be any sort of drastic shift coming.
SLEEPY HOLLOW: Orlando Jones Won’t Be in Season 3

Comments Off on SLEEPY HOLLOW: Orlando Jones Won’t Be in Season 3
SLEEPY HOLLOW has lost yet another cast member: Orlando Jones (Frank Irving) won’t return for the upcoming third season, Variety is reporting. (Reps for the show have yet to respond to a request for comment. Update, 1:12 PM: Fox has no comment on the report.)
The show has undergone a massive overhaul in recent months. Not only were Katia Winter’s Katrina and John Noble’s Henry written out, but the series also lost its showrunner, Mark Goffman. (Clifton Campbell was named SLEEPY’s new showrunner when the show was renewed for season 3.)
That leaves only Tom Mison (Ichabod), Nicole Beharie (Abbie), and Lyndie Greenwood (Jenny) signed on for SLEEPY HOLLOW season 3.
SLEEPY HOLLOW: Orlando Jones Teases an Upcoming (Real) Death, Surprises, and More

SLEEPY HOLLOW may have killed off Orlando Jones’ Irving in the midseason finale, but death has (so far) been a mere bump in the road for characters on the Fox drama: at the end of the midseason premiere, Irving reappeared.
When Jones found out about Irving’s death, “I wasn’t so much concerned for me,” he admitted. “I’m a fan [of the show]. I was concerned for how it would be received [by the audience], because there are so many characters [to accommodate].”

SLEEPY HOLLOW’s first season was insane, and the show capped it off with one of the most jaw-dropping/twisty finales in recent memory. (And it was awesome.)
After eight months off the air, SLEEPY HOLLOW will finally return with new episodes this Monday, and I had the chance to watch the first two hours — “This is War” (fka “Hellfire”) and “The Kindred”…and really, I want to talk to you guys about them. So I did the next best thing and answered some of your questions about the hours…
SLEEPY HOLLOW: Orlando Jones, Lyndie Greenwood, and Alex Kurtzman on Irving’s Loss of Control, the Addition of Matt Barr, and More
July 30, 2014 by Marisa Roffman
Filed under #1 featured, Sleepy Hollow
When SLEEPY HOLLOW’s first season concluded, every single character was put in a highly dangerous situation, but for Irving, his situation was more grounded than the rest: he was arrested after he confessed to crimes he didn’t commit in order to protect his family.
At Comic-Con, SLEEPY HOLLOW stars Orlando Jones (Irving) and Lyndie Greenwood (Jenny), as well as co-creator Alex Kurtzman spoke with reporters about Irving’s loss of control (and the semi-appropriate place he ends up), as well the addition of Matt Barr — and who has been handsy with him…

SLEEPY HOLLOW: Nicole Beharie and Orlando Jones Tease the Season Finale
January 17, 2014 by Marisa Roffman
Filed under #1 featured, Sleepy Hollow
SLEEPY HOLLOW is about to wrap up its first season, and while fans have been speculating about where the show will go, the stars have hinted viewers are in for a surprise.
“It’s interesting…I think the finale is going to answer so many questions, and the best part is everybody has been wrong,” Orlando Jones (Irving) told me. “No one has been right or even close. And [the fans] had great ideas, too. It’s not like people have had ideas and they’ve been, like, lame. It’s like, hey, those are really good…but that’s not it. You’re going to freak the eff out.”
“All I can say is you won’t see it coming,” Nicole Beharie (Abbie) added. “There’s some good turns. There really are. Every character has a new reveal [in the finale].”
And while the actors don’t know too much of what is in store for the already-ordered season 2 — “We know bits and pieces, but…you never know what will change,” Beharie noted — the end of season 1 will put one of the show’s strongest relationships to the test.

SLEEPY HOLLOW has already made a big splash in the ratings in the show’s first two weeks, and with that wide of an audience for this kind of show, that can only mean one thing: there are already a ton of theories out there about what the heck is going on.
I sat down with SLEEPY HOLLOW star Orlando Jones (Captain Irving) to see what fans were speculating about his mysterious character, and to find out what he could tease about tonight’s brand new episode…
