SLEEPY HOLLOW has added a good amount of new faces to its already impressive lineup for the upcoming second season: Ben Franklin, the new sheriff, and a bounty hunter. And, of course, there’s also the return of Abraham/Headless.
So what can viewers expect from these new faces? And will more new characters be joining them? SLEEPY HOLLOW executive producers Roberto Orci and Heather Kadin had a few good teases to share about which character will be stripping down, which characters will be sharing sparks, and more…

When it came time for SLEEPY HOLLOW to have a unique place to hold their awards “For Your Consideration” event, things came a little full circle: the cast and creative team had their panel Monday night at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, the same place where the show had its season 1 premiere event last September.
Check out some photos of SLEEPY HOLLOW series stars Tom Mison (Ichabod) and Nicole Beharie (Abbie), as well as executive producers Mark Goffman, Len Wiseman, Roberto Orci, and Heather Kadin, at the show’s FYC event…

The SLEEPY HOLLOW Cast and Producers Share Their Favorite Shocking Season 1 Moments

In SLEEPY HOLLOW’s first season, the show excelled at surprising viewers: from the very first episode (which featured two characters who appeared to be major players getting killed off) all the way to the finale reveal that the show had been playing a long-con with Henry, fans knew only to expect the unexpected.
But what really surprised the people involved with the show? And which surprises were the writers/producers surprised they were able to pull off? To get a little bit of intel, I asked SLEEPY HOLLOW stars Tom Mison (Ichabod), Nicole Beharie (Abbie), Lyndie Greenwood (Jenny), and John Cho (Andy), as well as co-creators Len Wiseman, Roberto Orci, and Alex Kurtzman, producer Heather Kadin, and showrunner Mark Goffman for their favorite surprising moments of the show’s freshman season…

Comments Off on SCORPION on CBS – First Look
CBS is bringing viewers SCORPION, a drama about Homeland Security’s newest (fictional) think tank — and it’s filled with an “eccentric genius” and “his team of brilliant misfits.” (The cast includes Robert Patrick and Katharine McPhee)
Check out photos from the new show, the network’s description, and a trailer…
SCORPION
âÂÂPilotâ -- SCORPION, inspired by a true story, is a high-octane drama about eccentric genius Walter OâÂÂBrien (Elyes Gabel) and his team of brilliant misfits who comprise the last line of defense against high-tech, complex threats of the modern age. Life outside their circle confounds them, so they rely on Paige Dineen, who has a young gifted son, to translate the world for them. At last, these nerdy masterminds have found the perfect job: a place where they can apply their exceptional brainpower to solve the nationâÂÂs crises, while also helping each other learn how to fit in. Comments Off on SLEEPY HOLLOW at PaleyFest: The Producers Tease New Characters in Season 2
When SLEEPY HOLLOW’s first season concluded, showrunner Mark Goffman teased that in season 2, “we get to populate the town with a few more characters.” And now that the writers have started crafting season 2, the executive producers teased a little bit of what’s to come during the show’s PaleyFest panel.
“War doesn’t work by himself,” executive producer Roberto Orci teased. “There are a lot of amazing foot soldiers that are coming. Some are familiar and also amazingly original.”
But to make things fair, the good guys will also have a new bonus face that they bring into the fight, too.

SLEEPY HOLLOW: The Cast and Producers Tease Bringing Ichabod Crane to 2013
September 16, 2013 by Marisa Roffman

Comments Off on SLEEPY HOLLOW: The Cast and Producers Tease Bringing Ichabod Crane to 2013
“The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” has been adapted many different ways over the years, but it’s hard to argue that any has been as daring as the new Fox series, SLEEPY HOLLOW: the show focuses on Ichabod Crane, who in this telling has mysteriously arrived in modern-day Sleepy Hollow…240-plus years after he was last conscious. Once in 2013, he has to team up with a cop, Abbie — who has her own reasons to keep a distance from him — to try and stop the Headless Horseman.
In trying to describe the show, it sounds absolutely crazy. But in execution, for me, it ended up being one of the most enjoyable pilots of the new season.
“It is a crazy idea, I think if those crazy ideas are done correctly, they’re the ones that really become something,” SLEEPY HOLLOW executive producer Mark Goffman noted. “The ideas that are not as crazy sometimes are just safe and boring. So if you take a crazy idea for something that’s almost a ridiculous concept, but if you take that ridiculous concept and turn it into something you can do correctly, I think you’ve got something really fun.”
