When NEW AMSTERDAM’s third season kicks off on Tuesday, March 2, the medical drama takes the story back to the very start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We really start by trying to paint a picture of that journey that our frontline health care care workers have been…fighting for so many months,” Ryan Eggold (who plays Dr. Max Goodwin) explains in the video below. “And particularly how intense it was at the beginning when we just we didn’t know as much and we were totally overwhelmed by it and everything.” Read more
