CBS celebrated its upcoming television season this week with a presentation of the planned 2014-2015 schedule, and a party that brought out stars from its current shows (NCIS, NCIS:LA, MOM, and more), as well as the shows that will debut next season (STALKER, SCORPION, and MADAM SECRETARY to name a few).

STALKER on CBS – First Look

Kevin Williamson has another show about deranged humans, but this time it’s on CBS: STALKER, starring Dylan McDermott and Maggie Q, about a pair of detectives who handle stalking threats and incidents for the Threat Management Unit of the LAPD. (THE FOLLOWING, meanwhile, will be heading into its third season on Fox.)

âÂÂPilotâ -- STALKER stars Maggie Q and Golden Globe Award winner Dylan McDermott in a psychological thriller about detectives who investigate stalking incidents â including voyeurism, cyber harassment and romantic fixation â for the Threat Assessment Unit of the LAPD. Det. Jack Larsen (McDermott) and Lt. Beth Davis (Maggie Q) assess the threat level of victims and respond before the stalking and intimidation spirals out of control, all while trying to keep their personal obsessions at bay. CBS has ordered a bunch of new shows (in addition to the already-picked up BATTLE CREEK) — a whopping four dramas and two comedies. They include a whole bunch of familiar TV faces (Matthew Perry, Maggie Q, Scott Bakula, Tim Daly, Dylan McDermot), spinoffs (NCIS: NEW ORLEANS…though, no HOW I MET YOUR DAD, yet), and more.
