With hundreds of scripted shows on the air, it’s going to be difficult to keep track of everything competing for your attention.
To help you out, we have hub of info about each new show on the day of its premiere: pilot photos, what’s been written about it so far, and when you can watch it.
Next up? TOMMY…
TOMMY
TOMMY -- When a former high-ranking NYPD officer becomes the first female Chief of Police for Los Angeles, she uses her unflinching honesty and hardball tactics to navigate social, political, and national security issues while enforcing the law. TOMMY will be premiering later in the season on the CBS Television Network. A true-blue New Yorker, Abigail “Tommy” Thomas uses her unflinching honesty and hardball tactics to keep social, political and national security issues from hindering effective law enforcement in the Southland. Tommy steps into her new job surrounded by her predecessor’s staff, including Chief of Staff Donn Cooper, a savvy cop with good instincts and the ability to be discreet; Blake Sullivan, the polished and confident press secretary who is eager to earn Tommy’s trust; and Ken Rosey , an idealistic speechwriter and former attorney. Tommy also hires Abner Diaz, a fellow street-smart New York transplant, as part of her personal security team. The person responsible for hiring Tommy is Mayor Buddy Gray, a charismatic politician whose goals and ambitions don’t always align with Tommy’s. Buddy relies on the political instincts of his deputy mayor, Doug Dudik, a slick operative with questionable morals who is wary of Tommy’s growing influence. Now that Tommy is in L.A., she has a second chance at a relationship with her adult daughter, Kate Jones, who still faults her mother for choosing career over family many years ago. Possessing a New Yorker’s gift for being tough and sarcastic while remaining likable, Tommy has the conviction needed to succeed as the first woman to lead the LAPD in its fight to keep citizens safe and crime at bay in the City of Angels. Guest stars: Corbin Bernsen (Milt Leakey); Alexander Hodge (Eric Decker); Tonye Patano (Mrs. Gates); Naledi Murray (Luna); Arturo Del Puerto (Arturo Lopex); Randy Ramos, Jr. (Medina); Michael Benz (Josh); David Thornton (Gold); Vayda Rodriguez (Madison); Nicholas Rodriguez (Intel Chief); Jonathan Stewart (Security Detail #4); Jason A. Coombs (1st AC); Seth Barrish (Shine); Gurdeep Singh (South Asian Leader); Alex Webb (Brown); Lyman Chen (Chief Leung); Kelvin Hale (Deputy Chief #1); Alex Estrada (Deputy Chief #2); Elise Santora (South American Leader); Gio Zavala (Hernandez); Grayson Berry (Steve); Lana Yoo (Korean Leader); Brit Whittle (Rogers); Nimo Gandhi (Vishnu); Teresa Hui (Interpreter); Connor Bond (Cop #1); Tony Javed (Iranian Leader)”

After a long (painful) mini-hiatus, ARROW returns with a brand new episode Wednesday night. And while viewers might be delighted to have the series back, things aren’t looking so hot for Oliver: he was forced to reveal to his best friend, Tommy, that he was The Hood, and now that friendship is floundering.
And it seems like things won’t be improving any time soon.
I spoke with ARROW star Colin Donnell (Tommy) about the multi-layered betrayal, how that impacts Tommy’s relationship with the people around him, and more…
