TRUE DETECTIVE: NIGHT COUNTRY will bow on Sunday, January 14 at 9/8c, HBO announced.

In the six-episode season, “When the long winter night falls in Ennis, Alaska, the eight men who operate the Tsalal Arctic Research Station vanish without a trace. To solve the case, Detectives Liz Danvers (Jodie Foster) and Evangeline Navarro (Kali Reis) will have to confront the darkness they carry in themselves, and dig into the haunted truths that lie buried under the eternal ice.”

HBO Orders TRUE DETECTIVE Season 4

HBO has officially ordered a fourth season of TRUE DETECTIVE, dubbed TRUE DETECTIVE: NIGHT COUNTRY. Jodie Foster and Kali Reis will star in the season, which will be filmed in Iceland. Issa López serves as showrunner/writer/director/executive producer.
